I am very grateful to everyone who has responded to my calls to share important thoughts with me for this project. I have made many images already and will share more of them with you all when I am more sure of the best way of doing so. I am keeping them small, simple and votive like as was the intention. The people who have written back have trusted me with the open-ness and I really admire and respect that. Someone asked me the other day how this work was going and when I would finish it. Part of the beauty this work is that it is an ongoing thread and each thought I receive back stops me in my tracks (quite literally) but sends me somewhere new visually.
